Ingredients:
– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– Less than ¼ cup white sugar
– 1/3 cup softened butter
– 1 can store-bought dulce de leche
(thick caramel)
– 2 medium-sized yellow bananas
– 1 can store-bought whipped cream
Instructions:
– Mix graham cracker crumbs and
sugar in a large mixing bowl.
– Knead in the butter until mixture
comes together.
– Transfer “dough” into a nine inch
round pie pan and press it into the
base and sides.
– Spread a little more than half the
can of dulce de leche evenly as the
next layer in the pie.
– Peel and slice bananas and add gen
erously on top of the dulce de leche.
– Finally, make a design on top with the whipped cream.
– Keep pies covered and refrigerated
