The results for the 2019 Carleton Academic Student Government (CASG) have been releasd by the Office of the Senate.

All four executive positions were uncontested this year.

A voter turnout of 36.68 per cent was achieved this year after out of 106 eligible voters, 41 votes were cast. The pool of voters included councillors and university administrative members who have ex-officio status on the council.

Sarah Shires has been elected as president, Tyler Boswell has been elected as vice-president (internal), Matt Gagne has been elected as vice-president (operations), and Anne-Michele Lajole has been elected as vice-president (academic).

Alessandro Gianna has been elected as the Faculty of Public Affairs (FPA) faculty coordinator with 9 votes cast in his favour out of 19 eligible voters.

Incoming execs will being their term on May 1, 2019.
