Carleton’s Gender and Sexuality Resource Centre (GSRC) will be shut down for a few days following an incident with an individual Dec. 4.

“During a conversation in the office, an individual made some concerning comments. [University safety] is attempting to identify the individual so we can follow up on the comments,” director of university safety Allan Burns said.

GSRC programming co-ordinator Erica Butler said the centre will be shut down for the time being to be safe.

The Ottawa Police were notified and the investigation is continuing, Burns said.
