Oluwatimilehin Akindele with sexual assault and assault in connection with two separate incidents, according to police.

The first incident took place Oct. 30 when a 19-year-old female student was pushed up against a wall and “sexually touched” in the area between Dundas and Stormont Houses, according to the department of university safety.

On Nov. 6, campus safety arrested Akindele, in connection with a physical assault of another 19-year-old female student off campus, according to Allan Burns, Carleton's director of university safety.

Akindele appeared in court Nov. 7.

Another sexual assault took place on campus Nov. 4, when a female student was sexually touched by an unknown, Asian man in the university tunnel near Southam Hall, according to campus safety.

The incident wasn’t related to the Oct. 30 sexual assault, according to campus safety.
