A student has filed a complaint with Ottawa police in connection to an incident involving a University of Ottawa student streaking through residence, according to the department of university safety.
“We received more information that led us to believe that the incident was more than just a prank,” said Allan Burns, Carleton’s director of university safety. “What we thought was inappropriate behaviour at the time has included even more inappropriate behaviour.”
Neither Burns nor Ottawa police would comment on the nature of the complaint, since the investigation is ongoing.
The U of O student was escorted off Carleton campus after being caught streaking through residence, Burns said.
A residence fellow dealt with the incident, Burns said, and campus safety was called after the fact.
