Why are you running for CUSA council?

I’m running for an executive position with CUSA because I’ve worked for CUSA for four years and want to contribute to the success of our student association on more of an internal level.
What do you think makes you a good candidate?

I think that a good candidate is someone is; receptive to the voices of students, hardworking, passionate, and dedicated to making a positive change – on our campus and within our community. I believe that these are qualities that I possess, and am looking forward to (hopefully) bringing them to this position.
What are two things you hope to achieve if elected?

1. Lobby the city to increase the amount of buses on Carleton specific routes.
2. Launch campaigns designed to raise awareness surrounding mental health issues and to teach students how to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression.
What’s one fun fact about yourself?

I love travelling but am extremely afraid of flying.
