Essential fats:
– Fish: canned tuna and salmon or wild salmon
– Seafood
– Eggs (the yolk)
– Olive oil
– Avocado and avocado oil

Omega-3 seeds:
– Hemp
– Ground flax (whole flax seeds won’t digest and therefore won’t have the same nutritional benefits)
– Salba
– Chia

Proteins:
– Eggs
– Meats: chicken, pork, beef etc. (Try to choose leaner meats over fatty ones)
– Fish: canned tuna, salmon, or wild salmon
– Protein powder

Nutritious snacks:
– Nuts: walnuts, almonds, brazil nuts etc.
– Health bars: some form of fruit and nut
– Dried fruits
– Fresh fruits
– Fresh veggies

Good nutrition supplements to keep in mind:
– Fish oil pills (any kind will do)
– Magnesium: this is good for anxiety and stress as it acts as a good calming agent
