After a few beers I tried to cook a four cheese vegetarian lasagna. I stole a recipe from the Food Network and then more or less ignored it. This is what I can recall of the recipe.

 

Ingredients:

carrots
red onion
2 per cent milk
butter
parmesan
asiago
salt and pepper
Roma tomatoes
zucchini
flour
ricotta cheese
provolone
1 package of whole wheat lasagne noodles
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
