Ingredients:

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Spices (whatever you have in the pantry)
1 pat of butter
mixed greens
feta cheese
slivered almonds
tomatos, quartered
bell peppers, diced
balsamic vinaigrette, to taste

1.) Season the chicken breasts with spices.

2.) Heat up a frying pan and melt butter. Place chicken breasts in the pan and cook until the chicken is browned on both sides.

3.) Remove the chicken from the stove and bake for 30 minutes at 420 degrees Fahrenheit.

4.) When the chicken is nearly cooked, toss the mixed greens, feta, almonds, tomatos, and bell peppers in balsamic vineigrette.

5.) Slices the chicken and place on top of the salad. Then serve.

Serves four to six people.
