Three Ingredient Cookies
I run, I yoga, I study, I party, I drink, I wake up at 6 a.m. and get lazy on weekends. I am a student.
As such, I need to energize, grab quick snacks, eat when nauseous and often, in a hurry. I realized this either means I must figure out the perfect power snack, or remain cranky and unhealthy. For obvious reasons I decided on the first option.
I present to you: The Three Ingredient Cookie.
It’s filling, energizing, healthy and tastes amazing—who would’ve thought healthy food could taste this great?
Ingredients:
– Two ripe bananas
– One cup gluten-free oats
– One handful of raisins
– Baking sheet
– Parchment paper
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees farenheit. Mush the ripe bananas and then combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Take out a baking sheet and put down a layer of parchment paper.
Now take bite sized chucks and place them on the parchment paper that you’ve laid on a baking sheet. Bake for 15- 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
Remove and allow to cool down, they taste better that way.
