The results for the Board of Governors student election are in. Five candidates ran for two positions on the board. Voting was held from March 10-12 online via Carleton Central.

Anne Bauer, the university secretary, said there was an increase in voter turnout compared to last year. In this election, 2,093 students voted, an 86 per cent increase from last year’s 1,115 votes.
