The Charlatan’s guide to Ottawa’s retro hotspots

Editor's Note

Journalists have the opportunity to participate in the first draft of history - an opportunity that should never be taken lightly.
Articles, photographs and videos produced by those privileged enough to be represented and have a voice in the media become part of the historical record. Journalism continues to evolve, and learning from our shared history is essential to resolving present issues.
The Charlatan invites you on a journey through time with new and relevant stories incorporating a historical perspective.
Thank you to our volunteers and editors for their tireless efforts in producing essential and informative content for the Carleton community and beyond. Your work is invaluable and your passion for journalism is genuinely inspiring.
A special thank you to our sources for trusting us to deliver your stories.
Get ready for a blast from the past!
