Spencer Colby is a third-year communication and media studies and political science student with concentrations in European and Russian studies.
On top of being the photo editor at the Charlatan and the Pigeon publication, a Canada-wide long-form journalism publication, Spencer is a freelance photojournalist based in Ottawa who specializes in news, features and sports-based photography. His freelance photojournalist work has been featured in the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Ottawa Magazine, CEBL Blackjacks basketball team, Capital Current and the Mainstreeter.
Aside from photography, Spencer has a passion for biking, cooking and is the owner of three rambunctious cats.
