Parisha Haque is the Charlatan’s multimedia/web editor and a fourth-year cognitive science student with a concentration in cognition and computation.
Parisha was born in Bangladesh, then moved to Saudi Arabia when she was just a year old before moving to Canada as an international student. Once finished her bachelor’s degree at Carleton, she hopes to pursue a career in research and machine learning.
Parisha has a little kitty named Nala (who she recently found out was actually a boy) and just adopted a little hamster named Oliver. Her favourite thing to do to pass the time is listen to the Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend podcast or sit by the fire with a good book while proceeding to scroll through Instagram for hours.
