Ingredients

 

1/2 bell pepper, chopped (assorted types)
1/4 onion
1/2 tomato
375 ml (1½ cups) penne pasta
125 ml (1/2 cup) of your favorite tomato sauce
83 ml (about 1/3 cup) milk
15 ml (1 tbsp) oregano
15 ml (1 tbsp) rosemary
15 ml (1 tbsp) cayenne pepper (if you like an extra kick)

Dash of garlic powder
Parmesan cheese (to taste) 

 

 

125 ml (1/2 cup) of maple syrup

2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped

2 ml (1/2 tsp) chili powder

125 ml (1/2 cup) beer

30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil

Juice of 1½ lemons

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl to baste.

 

 

 

 

 

1½ lb fish fillets (sole, flounder)


30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh parsley, chopped


1 lemon (6 wedges)


15 ml (1 tbsp) oil


Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice



 

1. In bottom of shallow baking or broiling pan, spread oil, lemon juice, and pepper.
