The unofficial results for the 2019 Rideau River Residence Association (RRRA) election were presented to the Charlatan by chief electoral officer Nada Ibrahim earlier today.
1,196 votes were cast (34.5 per cent of the undergraduate body living in residence), marking a 0.9 per cent increase from last year’s election, which saw a voter turnout of 33.6 per cent.
The Forward slate came out on top. Next year’s executive will see Douglas Cochrane as president with his teammates Lina Ceron and Jaden Slawter becoming vice-president (administration) and vice-president (programming) respectively.

United Students: 137
