– Learn to listen to your body! If your stomach is growling [. . .] eat. If it feels full, stop. If you are tired, rest. If you have noticed you are out of shape, get back into shape. If there is anything unusual about the way you feel [. . .] look into it to make sure everything is all right. Everybody is different and often times, we don’t even know what is best for our bodies. [That’s] why is it important to listen [to] our bodies because it sends signals to our brain so that WE become aware of what is going on and give it what it needs. By doing this you will lead a healthier life both physically and mentally.

Important advice for the day: whenever you buy new clothes ALWAYS wash them before you wear [them]. [You] don’t even want to know the amount of people who tried it on with body odour, and bacteria in places [you] don’t want to know!
