The Rideau River Residence Association (RRRA) dropped its Writ of Election on Feb. 13. Three positions are up for grabs: president, vice-president (administration) and vice-president (programming).
The nomination period will commence on Feb. 27 and end on March 2, with March 3 being a total blackout day where no nomination or campaigning will be permitted. The campaigning period will run from March 4-8.
Voting will take place via online ballots on March 9.
Chief electoral officer Kieran Moloney issued a statement which promised a “fair, democratic and transparent election.”
The first nomination meeting will be held on Feb. 26, at the RRRA office, in Residence Commons.
