The sun’s up now and we’re rolling through Vermont. We were held up at the border for a bit because one of the girls on the bus has a Dutch passport and needed to fill out lots of paperwork and get fingerprints done.
Those who aren’t sleeping are getting excited. The players on board have their capes out and someone’s pulled out a copy of Rowling’s Quidditch Through the Ages.
I just finished breakfast — a tofu sandwich surprisingly enough. The friend I stayed with in Montreal is a vegetarian and she apparently eats them all the time. It tasted a bit like an egg sandwich.
