Originally from Victoria, BC, Paloma moved to Ottawa in 2017 to study in the Global and International Studies program where she specializes in Globalization, Culture, and Power. When she’s not working on her degree, she is practicing her art. This is Paloma’s second year with the Charlatan, and the drawing and digital focus proves to be a constant rhythmic shift, pushing her to venture out of her usual realm of oil painting and large-scale works.
