The O-Train Line 2 service is temporarily shut down after a man died on the train approaching the Carleton station on Thursday morning, the Ottawa police confirmed.
A call was made at 8:01 a.m. due to a medical emergency police said.
According to Carleton’s website, the man died of a heart attack and he is not affiliated with the university.
Police said there was nothing suspicious seen at the time of the call and the incident is being treated as a medical one.
The O-Train Line 2 service is being temporarily replaced by the R2 OC Transpo route.
