Why are you running for CUSA council?
To give students of my constituency, and all Carleton students, a voice that will be heard and to make Carleton a better place!
What do you think makes you a good candidate?
I love to communicate, meet and engage with new people and learn about what matters to them. Also, I have a very level-headed disposition – something I feel would be useful in council.
What are two things you hope to achieve if elected?
1. Increase awareness of Carleton clubs and societies by having more events, more workshops, and more space.
2. Lobby with CUSA council to improve OC Transpo services, have later routes, and have an adequate alternate during O-train construction.
What’s one fun fact about yourself?
I collect old literature. Seriously, I have a book shelf at home full of 70 year-old leather bound books.
