KC Hoard has been an avid purveyor and consumer of Culture since he first heard the opening chords of Shania Twain’s “Up!” at age four. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to peddle arts and culture, particularly the pristine majesty of Carly Rae Jepsen’s discography, to anyone who will listen – and occasionally those who won’t. He firmly believes in arts and culture journalism as a gateway to tackling important issues and amplifying traditionally underserved voices, and hopes to curate the Charlatan’s Arts and Cultch section to reflect those values.
