Just over a year ago, Allison Madeley kick-started a Carleton women’s ringette team.
The sport, which is similar to hockey but with a ring instead of a puck, is not traditionally offered to Carleton students.
Managed by Madeley, the team is maintained through the co-operation of teammates, in addition to a volunteer coach.
