Ravens fall to Lakehead in first loss of the season
Carleton’s men’s basketball team hadn’t lost a game all season, until March 5 when the Ravens fell 77-62 to the Lakehead University Thunderwolves in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) final in Hamilton, Ont.
Although the loss put a wrench in Carleton’s undefeated season, they will have a chance to redeem themselves this weekend at the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) national championships in Halifax.
Ravens advance to final after victory over Laurier
The Carleton Ravens men’s basketball team barely made it past the Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) semifinal March 4 in Hamilton, Ont., winning the game 83-76.
