After the Carleton Ravens Nordic ski team arrived in Canmore, Alta. March 11 for the Canadian College and University Nordic Championships (CCUNCs), they proceeded to trounce their competitors in an array of races.
No money for two new competitive club teams
Two teams have applied to become competitive clubs for the 2011-2012 season, but Carleton’s department of recreation and athletics has no money to give them, confirmed Bob Rumscheidt, manager of interuniversity programs.
