Most GSA seats acclaimed

 


For undergraduates here at Carleton, spring brings with it what some might consider to be the dreaded election season.

Students can reasonably expect to be attacked by waves of nominees, hot on the campaign trail for either the Carleton University Students’ Association or the Rideau River Residence Association, in any of the major student traffic areas.

But for graduate students, the situation is quite different.

Leaked docs allege Conservative plot


 

Leaked documents from recent Ontario Progressive Conservative Campus Association (OPCCA) meeting have created opposition from the Canadian Federation of Students (CFS).

The documents detail workshops that discuss plans for defeating Ontario Public Interest Research Groups (OPIRG) and “keeping the [Canadian Federation of Students] off campus.”

Jonathan Hauck was a Bamboozler in high school, playing bass guitar in his high school band. He also played piano, electric guitar and French horn. The talented musician was part of the Canterbury high school music program.
