A New RRRA won the Rideau River Residence Association (RRRA) elections with 400 votes, according to current RRRA president Omar Bainto.
The slate was disqualified in the first elections of the year under the name Rez-Solution. They appealed the decision to the RRRA constitutional board, who overturned their disqualification. This decision led to a new election, with the same three slates running under different names.
The new RRRA executive will consist of Sidney Otoboeze as president, Daniel Shalinsky as vice-president (administration), and Kendra Kading as vice-president (programming).
United followed with 334 votes and Students First with 227 votes.
