Ariella Kimmel is a fourth-year student in political science and history. She said she has been thinking that it was time for some changes in CUSA.
Kimmel said she comes from a Jewish community, and doesn’t feel like CUSA has been very open to this.
She also said she felt that CUSA, when facing issues on campus, wasn’t accommodating enough. In general, she said there have been a lot of issues including the CFS this year.
“Once I set my mind I’m committed,” Kimmel said.
She is most interested in clubs and societies, because “those are what make a university experience, sometimes.”
